Observation

There is an open store room area in the kitchen with chemicals/cleaners that was accessible to chidlren when they were being placed in the kitchen for time out when misbehaving. There were cleaner bottles hanging from a sink in the kitchen that would have been accessible to the children when they were in the kitchen. In the kitchen there is an open storage room with no door and another storage room in the kitchen that has a lock but it was not being kept locked during the time of the visit.
